CS-MEGW II Mini E.G.W Standard Features
Mini is an ultra-lightweight EGW Welding Machine.
Vertical Up can make weld bead shapes on the back (using ceramic backing material) and front (using copper shoe) with 1-pass welding (30T or less).
It reads the current value between the inlet and outlet of the welding gap and automatically creates a melting pool by controlling the arc length according to the input value.
It uses BLDC (driving, weaving) motors, so it has good durability and excellent responsiveness to driving speed depending on the thickness of the base material.
It drives at a constant speed with minimum gear backlash. Thus, high welding quality and long life of the welding machine are achieved.
The position of the rail can be easily readjusted with the on-off magnetic switches.
Movement speed can be programmed in Cm/Min or Inch/Min according to the user manual.
