CS-MEGW II Mini E.G.W Standard Features
- Mini is an ultra-lightweight EGW Welding Machine.
- Vertical Up can make weld bead shapes on the back (using ceramic backing material) and front (using copper shoe) with 1-pass welding (30T or less).
- It reads the current value between the inlet and outlet of the welding gap and automatically creates a melting pool by controlling the arc length according to the input value.
- It uses BLDC (driving, weaving) motors, so it has good durability and excellent responsiveness to driving speed depending on the thickness of the base material.
- It drives at a constant speed with minimum gear backlash. Thus, high welding quality and long life of the welding machine are achieved.
- The position of the rail can be easily readjusted with the on-off magnetic switches.
- Movement speed can be programmed in Cm/Min or Inch/Min according to the user manual.
